Where we started
We didn’t start as an online shop. We started on the workshop floor — servicing CNC machines, chasing down faults, replacing failed controllers and power supplies, and getting production lines running again across Dubai, Ajman and the wider UAE.
Over years of hands-on work, a pattern became clear: when a machine goes down, the hardest part isn’t the repair — it’s finding the right part, fast, from someone who actually understands CNC. Too many workshops lost days waiting on the wrong component from a supplier who’d never touched a machine.
Why we built the store
So we put our service knowledge online. AACNC.ae is the parts side of our CNC service business: a catalogue of quality-checked spare parts you can order in minutes, pay for on delivery, and have delivered anywhere in the UAE. Behind every product page is a technician who has installed or replaced that exact part on a real machine.
And because identifying the right part is half the battle, we added an AI assistant, Nova — send a photo, a nameplate or a spec sheet, and you get an instant identification, plus a real human expert one WhatsApp message away.
