Returns, Replacement & Inspection Policy

AACNC.ae (Al Azhar CNC) sells professional industrial CNC parts for commercial use. Please read this policy carefully — by placing an order you accept it in full.

We do not offer general or change-of-mind returns. All sales are final. The only exception is a genuine fault on delivery, which is handled by inspection as set out below. The decision in every case rests with AACNC after we examine the product.

1. No Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong part, no-longer-needed items, or any reason other than a confirmed fault on delivery. Products are sold on the basis that you have confirmed compatibility before ordering (we verify free on WhatsApp on request).

If you believe a part arrived faulty or does not power on, the item is not automatically returnable or refundable. Instead:

Following inspection, a claim will be declined (and the item returned to you, or held for collection) if we find any of the following:

Where our inspection confirms a genuine manufacturing/delivery defect, we will replace the item (or, at our discretion, refund the product price). This is the full extent of our liability. Delivery and COD charges are non-refundable, and we are not liable for any other loss (see our Terms & Conditions).

5. Special-Order & Sourced Items

Items sourced or ordered specifically on request are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances except a confirmed manufacturing defect on delivery, handled by inspection as above.

6. Avoid Issues — Verify Before You Order

Send us a photo of your part on WhatsApp before ordering and our CNC expert will confirm compatibility free of charge. This is the safest way to get the right part the first time and avoid any dispute.
